Service Dommelvallei - Team Work & Income.

Team Work & Income supports residents in various ways, both financially and in using their talents and regaining control of their finances. They do this together with the municipalities to ensure that residents receive the right support, so that everyone has the opportunity to participate in the labor market.

Employment

Work & Income helps people find suitable work, such as a regular job or sheltered work for those who need extra guidance. 

Financial support

In addition, support is available for people with financial concerns. These residents can receive a monthly benefit or take advantage of the various mini schemes a municipality provides. 

Administration WMO and Youth Act

The Work & Income Team handles all administration of the WMO(Social Support Act). This involves care resources and assistance, such as a stair elevator that allows people to continue living at home or help with housekeeping. 

The administration of the Youth Act is also processed by this team. 

Social, work and income and labor market policies

Service Dommelvallei supports its three partner municipalities in drafting and implementing policies: 

  • Developing rules and guidelines for work and income, 
  • job placement policies, 
  • policies around the labor market, such as promoting employment and working with employers.
