Our organization

Team Public Affairs
The team consists of nearly 30 employees and handles many municipal products. It is an important entry point for customer contacts (via telephone, the front desk and digitally). There are three task areas: the first line, the second line and the Extraordinary Civil Status Officers.
Seven employees work within the second-line task area.
Your position
You translate developments in the field into daily practice and you have a clear role in quality monitoring and improvement. You will also handle applications from beginning to end, including naturalizations, civil status and BRP.
Initiating and organizing projects is also part of your job. Here you can think of elections, BRP, self-evaluations BRP and value documents and the ENSIA. Finally, you will help handle objection and appeal procedures.
Our wishes
You are a flexible and results-driven specialist who can be deployed in multiple task areas. You are digitally proficient and know how to foster collaboration. With your experience in public affairs and knowledge of process-based work, you will get the processes and products to a higher level together with the team.
In addition, you have a minimum HBO work and thinking level and 3-5 years of recent experience in the field.
Naturally you are in possession of diplomas BRP and MLO-BZ and demonstrable knowledge of and experience with IPR and iCivil Affairs.
Of course you can bring colleagues along with you in changes.

What else can you expect?
- The position is 32 - 36 hours per week.
- The salary is between € 2,798 and € 4,109 per month (scale 9) based on 36 hours per week. In addition to your salary, you will accrue 17.05% Individual Elective Budget each month (consisting of vacation allowance and year-end bonus).
- In time, with excellent performance, a walk-out scale (scale 10) is possible.
