Our finance staff supports municipalities in everything related to the planning and control cycle and financial administration. Invoices are processed digitally. Budgets and annual accounts are easy to read and digitally accessible.

Control
The role of controller is evolving: from the classic financial role to full business partner. To fulfill this role ever better, our group controller forms the account team together with a policy advisor, an AO/IC officer and the quality officer.
Internal controls
Together, the account team handles all internal controls and contacts with the auditor, as well as providing a variety of management information. The team advises on risk management and process improvement. The employees are on site at fixed times. This gives them a feel for the organization and makes them easily approachable as a professional business partner.
Enthusiasm brings movement
I work in the Finance Department and deal with collection and remission. In my work I have a lot of
variety and responsibility. This makes my work very enjoyable. 2 years ago I started the training Lean, I am now Improvement Specialist.
