These tasks will complete your new challenge

• Implement the integration policy and ensure policy implementation. You closely follow developments and proactively take desired actions.
• Monitoring and adjusting the integration policy, you work out and keep track of these processes.
• Policy advice to college and council.
• Creating and managing good cooperation between internal and external parties involved in integration (think: Refugee Council).
• Advising and supporting PIP consultants who direct at the case level.
• Handling and disposing of objections, appeals, injunctions and appeals for the Integration Act (and Participation Act).
• Contract management of procurement, budget management and retention (P&C cycle).
• Regional alignment and participation in regional working groups.

Two to four years of experience in the task area of Integration is required, as well as your experience in supervising projects and processes aimed at concrete implementation. It is a bonus if you have knowledge of the Participation Act but we would be happy to help you with this. Furthermore, the material is sometimes complex so it is important that you have a relevant college education such as: SJD, Law or Social Work. • A salary of up to €4,671 gross per month for a 36-hour work week (salary level April 1, 2022) depending on your education and experience.
