Improving together & thinking in terms of possibilities
Since July 1, 2014, I have enjoyed working at Dienst Dommelvallei. I started as a Financial Advisor, but I am now the manager of the Taxes Cluster. Dienst Dommelvallei is a dynamic organization with employees brimming with energy. Together we strive to do a little better every day!
Harmonization
The first years at Service Dommelvallei were all about harmonization for me.
Behind the scenes harmonization of work processes for 3 municipalities, each with their own working methods. And while maintaining their public profile, was a nice challenge for the entire organization.
One advantage of working for multiple organizations is that there is always comparative material. "This is just how we work here" does not apply to us.
One of the best things about my work at Dienst Dommelvallei is that you are always challenged to look for the best solution.

JAN | Young civil servants network
Together with colleagues at the municipalities, I set up the Young Civil Servants Network (JAN). Jan aims to connect the young civil servants of the 4 Dommelvallei organizations. We organize activities related to (personal) development, innovation and knowledge. Of course, there is also room for social contacts.
