Your personality is decisive for us in many cases, which is why a personality test may be part of the selection process.
This is the ideal person according to your future colleague Natalie:
"We are looking for someone who really feels a connection with themes within the Social Domain and brings several years of experience to give us new, fresh insights, someone we can learn from with a college level of work and thinking. Someone who can quickly switch between various policy areas within the Social Domain. You look at policy but also its implementation, so you will have to involve external parties in this process where your communication skills must be good. You can work under time pressure in a dynamic environment. We work in teams on projects but you must also be able to work independently. Most importantly, I think we fit with you as a team."
